Qovi respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to provide, secure and improve our GST business software. We do not sell your personal information.

When you create an account, we may collect your name, business details, email address, phone number and billing information. We also collect product usage information needed to keep the service reliable.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Qovi service, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, protect accounts and communicate important service updates. We retain information only for as long as needed for these purposes and our legal obligations. Google Analytics may be configured through Google Tag Manager to help us understand website usage and improve the Qovi experience.

Security and sharing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We may share information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, and when required by law. We do not use your business data to train public models.
