Free trial

Qovi offers a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, so there is no refund needed for trial access.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance each month. If you cancel, your plan remains available until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Exceptional refunds

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@qovi.in. We review requests fairly and may issue a refund where appropriate.
