Using Qovi

Qovi provides cloud software for business billing, inventory and reporting. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you add to Qovi. You grant Qovi permission to process that data only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly at the published price, excluding applicable GST. You may change or cancel your plan according to the options available in your account. Taxes and payment processing requirements may apply.

Availability

We work to keep Qovi available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
